In the future, we plan on producing our own wonderful wine from this incredible region.

We’re targeting a delicious Malbec | Cab Franc blend – in a 15% to 25% range. The union of these two grapes produces a style and taste yielding a more rounded and complex palate.

Additional subtle hints from each type grape combine to produce a unique and bigger taste verses a straight Malbec.
